I ahve just bought one of these from ebay – and am very much looking forward to receiving it. Are there any quirks I should be aware of and have you used it with a ball winder as well?
It has been great. There are no tricks to it; it works with all lengths of hanks. The only restriction in the depth of the surface that you clamp it to. I don't use a ball winder, just wind into balls by hand. I hope it works as well for you, Jen.
